How useful is the meat of krill and what can be cooked from it

Stuffed krill meat with tomatoes

Let's start with snacks. We take 4 large fresh tomatoes, cut off the upper part, select partially the flesh and put minced meat in the cavity. The stuffing consists of 1 chopped egg, 4 tablespoons of chopped krill meat, chopped tomato pulp and a couple of onions, also cut. Season the stuffing with mayonnaise. Tartlets with krill meat

Shrimp with onions

50 g finely chopped onions need to be pasted onbutter. 30 g of krill meat should be passed through the meat grinder together with 2 yolks and onions, then mixed with the softened butter and beat. Use in a refrigerated state.

Meat of krill: a recipe with asparagus

400 g of krill meat to unfreeze and cut eachneck on a pair of pieces. Pile the asparagus in salted water (15 minutes is enough) and cool. Leave lettuce on the bottom of the salad bowl, top to lay a mixture of asparagus with meat. Then mix 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 5 tablespoons of cream, 200 g of mussels, add a couple of drops of lemon juice, a pinch of red and white pepper, salt and sugar to taste.
