Varieties of classical weaving
The traditional version has manyvarieties. One of them is an anchor weave "1 + 1". It differs from the classical more elongated form of links, which are about twice as long as traditional ones. In the weaving "1 + 2" links alternate. The first digit indicates the number of standard elements in the combination, the second - the number of elongated elements. Thus, at first there is one short, then two long links, then again a short one, and so on. Variations can be very different, for example "5 + 1". "Bastille"
The next subspecies worthy of detailedconsideration, has a non-trivial name "bastille". For this technique, double oval links are characteristic. They are connected in pairs perpendicular to each other. Products look bulky, differ strictness and reliability. These are real men's chains of anchor weaving. Usually they are performed in gold and positioned as independent jewelry.
Rollo
Subspecies of anchor weaving may differfrom another form of links. Classic oval forms compete with non-traditional round. Such links are characteristic for weaving "rollo".
