Andrei Sobolev was born on December 1, 1954 in the villageGremikha, which is located in the Samara region of the Murmansk region. He received his higher education in 1990, at the Kiev Agricultural Academy. As a main direction, I chose the specialty of a forestry engineer.

In 2014 he receives the support of the majority of voters and passes to the deputies of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol.

Andrei Sobolev says that joiningThe Russian Federation is nothing but the honest will of the Crimeans, and therefore no one has the right to condemn it. Such actions will not be able to change this, which means that the Ukrainian authorities should stop their unsuccessful attempts to influence them.
