Thus, tea factories were opened, a railway station started operating, tobacco enterprises were built, a poultry farm and a canning factory were opened. Despite the fact that Ochamchira was badly damaged in the Georgian-Abkhaz conflict, she managed to remain a sought-after resort, which after a while was completely restored.
