Iron Port (Ukraine, Kherson region,Golopristansky district) became known as a resort in the 90s of the last century. Now it is a favorite holiday destination for residents of this country, as well as citizens of the near abroad, mostly Moldovans, Belarusians and Russians. The secret of the popularity of the Iron Port lies in the clean Black Sea, clean air, filled with the scents of the steppe, a favorable ecological situation and a rapidly developing tourist infrastructure. The former agricultural village is rapidly turning into a noisy and cheerful resort. Every year new guest houses, boarding houses and mini-hotels are opening there. Initially, the guests took the only two-story building. Around him were planted flower beds, built a playground and a bar. In 2007, the recreation center bought another plot of land and erected a new three-story building on it. Near it there was a swimming pool, a cafe, a well-groomed courtyard was broken. On two sites there is a guarded parking. Thus, the recreation center "Albatross" in the Iron Port could attract both budget travelers (for them there are rooms in the old building) and customers with high demands (they are moved to a new building). It should be noted that the cost of living in the resort depends on the season. The highest prices are in July-August. In June and September, when it is still warm and comfortable to swim, the cost of housing is lower.

In a two-storey building there are 2-, 3- and 4-bedrooms of different categories. The budget option is represented by a block system. It has amenities (toilet and shower) for two rooms. But there are suites in the old building. These double rooms have a refrigerator, TV and air conditioning. You can relax with three meals a day, which is served in the cafe. What were the prices in the summer of 2015? We give a price list for one person per day with three meals a day, which was served in July-August, the recreation center "Albatross" (Iron Port). So, a two-room suite with European-quality repair, air conditioning, a refrigerator and new furniture cost 350 hryvnia. The same conditions, but the placement of 2 or 3 people in one room - 300 hryvnia. Economy-option with amenities in the block - 200 UAH. In this case, residents of the old building can use the pool located on the site across the road.

New building

This place is ideal for tourists with highrequirements for recreation. And such a lot comes to the Iron Port. "Albatros-2" offers its guests comfortable accommodation with three meals a day in the air-conditioned café, where the waiters serve the visitors (there is a children's menu). From the infrastructure you can mention the pool, bar, sauna, children's playground, pond with fish, wifi in the rooms and parking. What were the prices in July-August this year? For a place in a two-room suite they asked 300 hryvnas, for a superior - 270 UAH. Improved standard, different from the usual presence of air conditioning, TV and refrigerator, cost the tourist already at 230 hryvnia. And the most economical option cost 200 hryvnia in a double room and 180 UAH. in a three-four-bedded room.
